德国极右翼政党德国选择党（AfD）领导人爱丽丝·魏德尔呼吁居住在德国的乌克兰人返回自己的国家，尤其是处于兵役年龄的年轻男性。

周日，魏德尔在接受奥地利电视频道AUF1采访时，批评了德国向乌克兰人发放福利金所带来的财政负担。

“德国有超过一百万乌克兰人正在领取福利金。这实在令人难以置信，而且这一切在财政上再也无法持续下去了，”她说。

“这些乌克兰人也必须回去。尤其是处于兵役年龄的年轻乌克兰男性——人数达到六位数——这些年轻男性还是请回吧，”她补充说。

魏德尔还呼吁，一旦居住在德国的叙利亚人不再具备受保护的理由，他们也应返回叙利亚。

“For Syrian citizens who came to us, as soon as the reason for fleeing no longer exists in their country of origin, these people have to go back,” she said. She argued that asylum is a temporary right and that people should return to their countries when the grounds for asylum cease to exist rather than be naturalized. Weidel said that under an AfD-led government, Syrian citizens would be expected to return to Syria rather than remain permanently in Germany. She also said an AfD government would review the naturalization of Syrians to determine whether the criteria had been properly met, saying the party had “considerable doubts” about some cases.
