新加坡：应新加坡总理黄循财的邀请，文莱王储阿末·穆塔迪·比拉（Al-Muhtadee Billah）将于周一（9月28日）至周五对新加坡进行正式访问，参加新加坡-文莱青年领袖计划。
SINGAPORE: Brunei's Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah will make an official visit to Singapore from Monday (Sep 28) to Friday at the invitation of Prime Minister Lawrence Wong for the Singapore-Brunei Young Leaders' Programme.
新加坡外交部周日表示，王储同时也是文莱总理府高级部长，他将与黄循财共同主持该计划的第12届活动。这将是他们第四次共同主持该计划。
The crown prince, who is also a senior minister in Brunei's Prime Minister's Office, and Mr Wong will co-chair the 12th edition of the programme, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said on Sunday. This will be their fourth time co-chairing the programme.
在新加坡期间，王储将参观大士港、SAFTI City苏丹清真寺、马来文化中心和圣淘沙海洋馆。
While in Singapore, Crown Prince Billah will visit Tuas Port, SAFTI City Sultan Mosque, the Malay Heritage Centre and the Singapore Oceanarium.
总理府在新闻稿中表示，他的行程还将包括淡马锡店屋、榜鹅数码区（该国首个智能可持续区）、新加坡杜克-南洋生物多样性医学研究所和新加坡理工大学。
His trip will also include stops at Temasek Shophouse, Punggol Digital District – the country's first smart and sustainable district – the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Biodiversity Medicine and the Singapore Institute of Technology, PMO said in a press statement.

Launched in 2013, the annual Young Leaders' Programme serves to build and deepen ties between the next generation of leaders on both sides. "It reflects the strong commitment of both countries to enhance our special bilateral relationship," said MFA.

During the programme, he will be hosted by Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam; Mr Wong, who is also finance minister; Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong and other Singapore leaders.
今年是新加坡和文莱国防关系建立50周年，两国还将在2027年纪念《货币互换协议》签署60周年。
This year marks the 50th anniversary of defence ties between Singapore and Brunei, and the two countries will be commemorating 60 years of the Currency Interchangeability Agreement in 2027.
