South Korea summons Ukraine envoy over disclosure of North Korean prisoner transfer, says Yonhap South Korea's foreign ministry summoned Ukraine's acting ambassador on Monday to protest the disclosure of the transfer of North Korean prisoners to South Korea, Yonhap News Agency reported.
