Saudi Civil Defense said Monday that a danger had passed in the southern Najran region, minutes after issuing a warning there for the second time that day. It urged residents to continue following safety instructions and to avoid gathering or taking photographs. The agency did not identify the nature of the danger in Najran, which borders Yemen. Earlier Monday, Civil Defense issued all-clear notices for both Najran and the neighboring Jazan region shortly after warning of danger in the two areas.
