民主行动党（行动党）主席陆兆福周二（9月29日）表示，他将继续担任马来西亚交通部长，直到被判入狱的前首相纳吉·阿都拉萨开始居家监禁为止。
Democratic Action Party (DAP) chief Anthony Loke said on Tuesday (Sep 29) he will remain as Malaysia’s transport minister until jailed former premier Najib Razak begins his house arrest.
据当地媒体报道，陆兆福周一在与首相安华·易卜拉欣会面进一步讨论此事时，已提交辞呈。
Loke said he submitted his resignation letter to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on Monday when they met to discuss the matter further, local media reported.
“在讨论期间，他要求我暂时继续履行职责，”陆兆福在2026年马来西亚海事周活动间隙告诉记者。
“During the discussion, he asked me to continue carrying out my duties for the time being,” Loke told reporters on the sidelines of the Malaysia Maritime Week 2026.
“他是会做出决定，但我说也需要一个时间框架。所以时间框架就是当纳吉回家时，我的辞职才生效。”陆兆福——其所在的行动党与安华领导的公正党同属执政的希盟联盟——表示，他的辞职是党的决定，旨在表达对授予纳吉有条件御准的不满。
“He will make a decision, but I said there also needs to be a timeframe. So the timeframe is that when Najib returns home, my resignation will take effect.”Loke – whose DAP is part of the governing Pakatan Harapan coalition with Anwar’s Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) – said his resignation was a party decision to convey its disagreement with the conditional royal pardon granted to Najib.
马来西亚最高元首主持联邦直辖区御准局会议后，于9月18日批准了有条件御准，允许现年73岁的纳吉在缴纳5000万令吉（约1220万美元）罚款的条件下，在家服完剩余的六年刑期。纳吉目前的刑期将持续至2028年8月23日。
The conditional pardon, granted after the Federal Territories Pardons Board chaired by Malaysia’s king met on Sep 18 allows Najib, 73, to serve the remainder of his six-year prison term at home, subject to him paying a fine of RM50 million (US$12.2 million). Najib’s current jail term runs until Aug 23, 2028.
9月19日，陆兆福在行动党中央执行委员会召开紧急会议后，宣布将辞去交通部长职务。
On Sep 19, Loke announced he would resign as transport minister following an emergency meeting of DAP’s central executive committee.
陆兆福表示，有条件御准“难以被行动党和许多马来西亚人接受”。涉及国家基金一马发展有限公司（1MDB）的丑闻代表了困扰马来西亚十年的“盗贼统治”，也是“行动党持续对抗的重大危机”，他说。
Loke said the conditional pardon was “difficult to accept for DAP and many Malaysians”. The scandal involving state fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) represents the “kleptocracy” that has plagued Malaysia for a decade and is a “major crisis that DAP has consistently fought against”, he said.
陆兆福周一与安华会面时，安华建议他只要居家监禁尚未生效，便继续留任，陆兆福说。
At his meeting with Anwar on Monday, Anwar suggested he should remain in his portfolio so long as the house arrest had not taken effect, Loke said.
“也许他明天就会获释。谁知道呢？”陆兆福周二如是说道，据《马来邮报》引述。
“Maybe he will be released tomorrow. Who knows?”Loke said on Tuesday, as quoted by Malay Mail.
纳吉所属的巫统（UMNO）正在进行众筹以协助缴纳罚款，目前已筹得约925万令吉。
Najib’s United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party is crowdfunding to help pay his fine, and has raised some RM9.25 million so far.
纳吉的律师表示，其当事人相当大一部分资产仍受冻结令和执行程序约束。
Najib’s lawyers have said a significant part of their client’s assets remains subject to freezing orders and enforcement proceedings.

Those from PH have noted his track record as transport minister and called on him to stay, while detractors have said his gesture was merely “noise” and questioned if he would follow through with it.
前槟城首席部长、行动党（DAP）的林冠英形容陆兆福为“可能是最称职的交通部长”，并表示其离开联邦内阁将是槟州的重大损失。
Member of Parliament for Pasir Gudang Hassan Abdul Karim from PKR last week called on Anwar to persuade Loke to remain as transport minister to ensure the completion of several key infrastructure projects.

Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng from DAP described Loke as “possibly the most effective transport minister” and said his departure from the federal Cabinet would be a major loss to the state.

Lim credited Loke for securing approval for more than RM21 billion in critical transport infrastructure for Penang.
他指出，同样来自行动党的房屋及地方政府部长倪可敏早前曾表示，若纳吉在未服完适当刑期的情况下获释，他将辞职。
Meanwhile, opposition politician Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor of Parti Islam Se-Malaysia has called Loke’s resignation “firecracker politics”.
“倪可敏以前也说过同样的话，结果也没辞职。他们装作要采取行动，最后却什么也没做。这就是烟花政治，一阵喧哗过后归于沉寂。”沙努西于9月20日接受《自由大马今日报》访问时如此表示。
He noted that Minister for Housing and Local Government Nga Kor Ming, also from DAP, had previously said he would resign if Najib was released without serving an appropriate sentence. “Nga said the same thing before. He didn’t resign either. They act as if they’re going to take action, but nothing gets done. It’s firecracker politics. Lots of noise, then silence,” Sanusi said on Sep 20, as reported by Free Malaysia Today.
