KYOTO, Japan/TOKYO -- Japanese motor maker Nidec has entered final-stage talks to sell electronic parts subsidiary Nidec Components to U.S. private equity firm Carlyle Group, Nikkei learned on Tuesday, a deal expected to be worth more than 100 billion yen ($636 million).
