The Pima County Sheriff's Department (PCSD) announced Tuesday that PCSD and the FBI's task force investigating the disappearance of Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy, have been made aware of a possible new ransom note in relation to Guthrie's disappearance.

"The PCSD/FBI Guthrie Task Force was recently made aware of a new possible ransom note related to the Nancy Guthrie investigation," PCSD wrote in a Tuesday post on "Investigators are also aware of social media comments regarding the note and are looking further into the information to determine its credibility," the post concluded.
