TEL AVIV—A FlyDubai flight traveling from the United Arab Emirates to Israel made an emergency landing Wednesday in Saudi Arabia after the aircraft made an extreme descent and rise in flight, preliminary flight-tracking data showed.
作为长途航空公司阿联酋航空的姊妹航司，迪拜航空并未解释这架波音737飞机发生了什么，仅表示其“在航行途中发生了一起事件”。
FlyDubai, the sister airline to the long-haul carrier Emirates, didn’t explain what happened in the flight for the Boeing 737 aircraft, only saying that it “experienced an incident while en route.”
该航司补充称，飞机降落在沙特阿拉伯西部的塔布克，“所有乘客均安全且已清点完毕”。
The plane landed in Tabuk in western Saudi Arabia and “all passengers are safe and accounted for,” the carrier added.
在以色列，总理本雅明·内塔尼亚胡周三上午与安全官员就此事举行了紧急会议，此前曾担心该飞机遭遇了安全事件。
In Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held an emergency meeting on Wednesday morning with security officials over the incident after earlier concerns the plane was experiencing a security incident.

“The incident is under control, and all measures are currently being deployed in order to return the Israeli passengers safely to Israel,” the prime minister’s office said.

Flightradar24, a flight-tracking website, said preliminary data showed the aircraft had “extreme fluctuations” in its reported altitude in flight, dropping drastically and rising again quickly at speeds far beyond those seen during normal trips.
