土耳其与全球钢铁过剩产能论坛（GFSEC）的其他成员国共同采纳了一项行动框架，以应对全球钢铁产能过剩问题，贸易部长奥默·博拉特周三表示。
Türkiye and fellow members of the Global Forum on Steel Excess Capacity (GFSEC) adopted an action framework to combat global overcapacity, Trade Minister Omer Bolat said Wednesday.
博拉特在土耳其社交媒体平台NSosyal上发表声明称，成员国在威斯康星州密尔沃基举行的G20贸易部长会议期间通过了《联合行动综合框架》和一份部长级声明。
Bolat said in a statement on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal that members adopted the Comprehensive Framework for Joint Action and a ministerial statement during a meeting on the sidelines of the G20 trade ministers’ gathering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
该论坛评估了防止钢铁产能过剩对国际钢铁贸易造成进一步损害的方法，并协调了各成员国的投资、生产和外贸政策。博拉特补充说，参与国同意继续努力解决这一问题。
The forum assessed ways to prevent excess steel capacity from increasingly harming international steel trade, alongside coordination of members’ investment, production and foreign trade policies, he said. Participating countries agreed to continue efforts to address the problem, Bolat added.
博拉特代表土耳其出席此次为期两天的会议，会议在美国主持下举行，当前地缘政治紧张局势、日益增加的不确定性以及经济分裂的风险正影响着全球贸易。
The minister is representing Türkiye at the two-day meeting, held under the US presidency as geopolitical tensions, mounting uncertainty and the risk of economic fragmentation weigh on global trade.

The gathering runs from Sept. 30 to Oct. 1 and is hosted by US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer.
博拉特表示，土耳其将分享其在防止食品被用作政治和经济压力手段、解决结构性产能过剩问题、落实最惠国原则以及消除全球供应链中的强迫劳动方面的做法和解决方案。
Bolat said Türkiye is sharing its approaches and proposed solutions on preventing food from being used as an instrument of political and economic pressure, addressing structural overcapacity, the most-favored-nation principle and eliminating forced labor from global supply chains.
他表示，在雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安总统的领导下，土耳其将继续努力增强其在全球贸易中的影响力和竞争力，多元化贸易关系，并在国际平台上维护自身利益，以实现‘土耳其的世纪’目标。
He said Türkiye would continue efforts under President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s leadership to strengthen its influence and competitiveness in global trade, diversify trade relations and defend its interests on international platforms in line with its Century of Türkiye goals.
