WASHINGTON, Oct 2 : Elon Musk's xAI on Friday persuaded a US federal appeals court to halt Minnesota's first-in-the-nation ban on AI-generated fake nude images as the technology and social media company pursues a lawsuit alleging that the law is unconstitutional.
位于圣路易斯的美国第八巡回上诉法院在裁决中批准了马斯克旗下xAI提出的禁令申请，暂时中止了该法律的执行。此前一个月，下级法院曾驳回了马斯克要求暂停该法律实施的请求。
The St. Louis-based 8th US Circuit Court of Appeals in its order put the law on hold, granting a request for an injunction by Musk’s xAI. A lower court judge last month had rejected Musk’s bid for an order stopping the law.
