The merged company, which will be called Skydance after the $110 billion deal’s expected closing on Tuesday, will operate with co-chief executive officers, pairing a creative executive with a more business-oriented leader to oversee several of its major divisions. David Ellison will continue to serve as chief executive officer and chairman, overseeing the company’s long-term strategy and creative vision, while co-CEO Ynon Kreiz, who stepped down as CEO of Mattel Inc. last week, will focus on day-to-day management, the company said in a statement on Monday. Andy Gordon will serve as president.

Other leadership teams include Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein as co-chairs of Skydance Motion Picture Group and James Gunn and Peter Safran as co-chairs of DC Studios. Casey Bloys will oversee Skydance’s direct-to-consumer division, while George Cheeks will manage Skydance’s TV division.
