新加坡：据新加坡外交部（MFA）新闻稿称，文莱王储阿卜杜勒·穆赫塔迪·比拉（Al-Muhtadee Billah）于周二（9月29日）会见了新加坡领导人，双方讨论了在共同利益领域进一步加深双边合作。
SINGAPORE: Brunei's Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah met with Singapore's leaders on Tuesday (Sep 29), during which they discussed further deepening bilateral cooperation in areas of shared interest, said Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in a press statement.
王储同时也是文莱总理府的高级部长，此次访新是为了参加第12届新加坡-文莱青年领袖计划（YLP）。该活动自2013年起每年举办，旨在建立并深化双方下一代领导人之间的联系。
The crown prince, who is also a senior minister in Brunei's Prime Minister's Office, is in Singapore for the 12th Singapore-Brunei Young Leaders' Programme (YLP). The event has been held annually since 2013 to build and deepen ties between the next generation of leaders on both sides.
他受到总统尚达曼的下午茶招待，会见了总理兼财政部长黄循财，并受到高级部长李显龙的午餐招待。
He was hosted to tea by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, met Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lawrence Wong, and hosted to lunch by Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
外交部表示：“他们就新加坡和文莱共同关心的全球发展进行了广泛讨论，并交换了关于进一步深化双边合作、为两国企业和人民创造机遇的共同利益领域的看法。”
"They had wide-ranging discussions on global developments of common interest to Singapore and Brunei, and exchanged views on further deepening bilateral cooperation in areas of shared interest which can create opportunities for our businesses and peoples," said MFA.
双方还重申了加强“特殊关系”的承诺，特别是鉴于明年将迎来《货币互换协议》签署60周年。
Both sides also reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening their "special relationship", especially with the upcoming 60th anniversary of the Currency Interchangeability Agreement next year.

The crown prince arrived in Singapore on Monday for a five-day trip and will be hosted to dinner by Mr Wong in the coming days.

He visited Tuas Port on Monday and is set to visit various places over the next few days, including the Singapore Oceanarium, SAFTI City, Sultan Mosque and the Malay Heritage Centre.

He will also visit Temasek Shophouse, the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Biodiversity Medicine, Punggol Digital District and the Singapore Institute of Technology.
外交部称，两国还在青年领袖计划期间签署了一份谅解备忘录，涉及在海洋和港口发展方面的进一步合作。
Both countries also signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the YLP regarding further cooperation on maritime and port development, said MFA.
