越南最大的炼油厂宜山炼油和石化有限责任公司（简称NSRP）总经理黎阮国荣表示，该厂已获得充足的原油供应（主要来自科威特），可在11月底前以设计产能的125%运行。
Vietnam's largest oil refinery, Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC, known as NSRP, has secured sufficient crude oil, mostly from Kuwait, to operate at 125% of its designed capacity through to the end of November, General Manager Le Nguyen Quoc Vinh said.
