KKR & Co., Blackstone Inc. and Warburg Pincus are considering bids for windshield-repair company Cary, according to people familiar with the matter.

First-round bids for the business, which is owned by CVC Capital Partners and Nordic Capital, are expected in the coming weeks, according to the people.

Bloomberg News reported in March that CVC and Nordic Capital are exploring options for exiting the business, which could be valued at €3 billion ($3.4 billion) or more.

Banks are expected to offer cut-rate pricing in an effort to outbid private credit firms, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing confidential information. Recently banks offered B2-rated Sunday Natural term loans at a margin of 350 basis points over Euribor.

Deliberations are ongoing and there’s no certainty any of the private equity firms will decide to bid for Cary, the people said. Representatives for Blackstone, CVC, Nordic Capital, KKR, Jefferies and Warburg Pincus declined to comment.
