周五，欧亚经济联盟（EAEU）各成员国的总理们在白俄罗斯齐聚一堂，参加该组织的政府间理事会会议。
The prime ministers of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states convened on Friday in Belarus for a meeting of the organization’s Intergovernmental Council.
此次会议在明斯克举行，起初以小范围形式进行，随后白俄罗斯、亚美尼亚、哈萨克斯坦和俄罗斯的总理，以及吉尔吉斯斯坦内阁主席也相继加入。
The meeting, hosted in Minsk, commenced in a narrow format and later expanded with the participation of the prime ministers of Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as the chairman of Kyrgyzstan’s Cabinet of Ministers.
亚美尼亚总理尼科尔·帕希尼扬通过视频连线参会，乌兹别克斯坦总理以及古巴和伊朗驻白俄罗斯大使作为观察员国代表也出席了会议。
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took part via videoconference, while Uzbekistan’s prime minister, as well as Cuba and Iran’s ambassadors to Belarus were in attendance as representatives of observer states.
据欧亚经济联盟发布的公告，会议探讨了欧亚经济一体化相关议题，涵盖贸易、海关管理、交通基础设施、产业合作以及共同能源市场的构建等内容。
The meeting reviewed issues regarding Eurasian economic integration, including trade, customs administration, transport infrastructure, industrial cooperation and the formation of common energy markets, according to an EAEU statement.
各国政府首脑还研究了东西向与南北向交通走廊的基础设施建设事宜，其中包括“与中国‘一带一路’倡议相衔接的相关工作”。联盟方面称：“各国政府首脑还听取了关于欧亚经济联盟成员国海港口岸电子文档管理系统建设情况的汇报。”
The heads of government reviewed issues concerning the development of transport infrastructure along the East-West and North-South transport corridors, including “within the framework of alignment with China’s Belt and Road Initiative.”“The heads of government were briefed on the development of electronic document management systems at maritime checkpoints of EAEU member states,” the union said.
此次理事会还修订了联盟成员国需优先推进的交通领域一体化基础设施项目清单，决定重点建设位于俄罗斯西北部的涅韦尔—德诺—卢加—加奇纳铁路走廊。
The council also amended the list of priority integration infrastructure projects in the transport sector for EAEU members to develop the Nevel–Dno–Luga–Gatchina railway corridor in northwestern Russia.
公告指出：“理事会还通过了一系列关于构建共同电力市场的决议。”据悉，下一次会议将于12月在莫斯科举行。
“The Council also approved a package of decisions regarding the formation of a common electricity market,” the statement said, adding that the next meeting will take place in Moscow in December.
