土耳其外交部于周六纪念10月3日突厥国家合作日以及《纳赫切万协定》签署17周年。该协定是突厥国家组织（OTS）的创始文件。
The Turkish Foreign Ministry on Saturday marked Oct. 3 Turkic States Cooperation Day and the 17th anniversary of theg of the Nakhchivan Agreement, the founding document of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
外交部在一份声明中表示，我们满怀自豪地庆祝突厥国家合作日以及该协定签署17周年。
In a statement, the ministry said it proudly celebrated Turkic States Cooperation Day and the 17th anniversary of theg of the agreement.
外交部表示：“突厥国家组织从我们共同的历史、语言和兄弟情谊中汲取力量，已发展成为将我们的团结固化为制度并加强我们合作的重要平台。”
"The Organization of Turkic States, drawing strength from our shared history, language, and bonds of brotherhood, has evolved into an important platform that institutionalizes our solidarity and strengthens our cooperation," the ministry said.
外交部表示：“土耳其将于10月29日至30日主办第13届突厥国家组织峰会，进一步推动这一伙伴关系发展。”此次会议将在首都安卡拉举行。
"The 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which our country will host on Oct. 29-30, will take this partnership even further,” said of the meeting, set to take place in the capital Ankara.
声明补充道：“土耳其将坚定不移地继续努力，将突厥世界在人文、经济和战略方面的潜力转化为共同繁荣，并在团结与协作中构建突厥世纪。”
"Türkiye will resolutely continue its efforts to transform the human, economic, and strategic potential of the Turkic world into shared prosperity and to build the Turkic Century in unity and solidarity," it added.
