Gustavson will replace Eimear Bonner, who will lead Chevron’s oil, gas and products division, the Houston-based company said in a statement on Monday.

Bonner, an engineer by training, had been CFO since March 2024.

Bonner led Chevron’s operations in Kazakhstan and its technology portfolio before becoming CFO.
