日本气象协会(JWA)表示，台风Choi-wan、台风Nolo和热带风暴Koguma周二均活跃，标志着五年以来首次十月份同时存在三个系统。这三个风暴处于不同的发展阶段，分布在广大的太平洋地区。
Typhoon Choi-wan, Typhoon Nolo and Tropical Storm Koguma were all active on Tuesday, marking the first time in five years that three systems have existed at the same time in the month of October, according to the Japan Weather Association (JWA). The three storms are at different stages of development and are spread across a wide swath of the Pacific.
