Technology solutions provider Mphasis Ltd on Tuesday announced an agreement worth approximately £35.4 million with Social Security Scotland to manage and maintain the executive agency’s benefits management platform. The platform delivers core benefits functions for around 2 million citizens across Scotland, and Mphasis will support its maintenance to help ensure continued access to benefits services. Under the agreement, Mphasis will provide support and maintenance for Social Security Scotland’s core benefits case management platform.
