这家新公司暂定名为Zaggle Holding Limited，最终名称需经相关监管机构批准，且将由Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services全资持有。
The proposed entity, to be called Zaggle Holding Limited or another name approved by the relevant authorities, will be 100% owned by Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services.
该子公司将主要开展金融科技、软件即服务以及人工智能相关业务，未来还可根据业务发展需求作为控股公司对集团旗下企业及第三方机构进行投资。
The subsidiary will undertake businesses related to fintech, software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence, while also serving as a holding company for investments in group companies and third-party entities, depending on future business requirements.
