Pavan Davuluri – he who promised that Microsoft would deal with Windows' quality woes – was showing off some of the features of the Surface Laptop Ultra when the slide gave the in-person audience and online viewers an unintended demonstration of Microsoft's quality control. We asked Microsoft whether the spelling was intentional, but the company has not responded.
