"She was the only one awake who could identify him. He killed a witness." Dickey had an extensive criminal record dating back to 2013, including convictions for breaking and entering, burglary, grand larceny, strong-arm robbery, possession of a stolen vehicle, and resisting arrest. Critics and authorities argue he slipped through the cracks of a lenient justice system.
