This international reactionary alliance gathered to celebrate the sixth anniversary of a major document.

Drafted over three pages at the initiative of the first Trump administration in October 2020, on the sidelines of the World Health Organization's Health Assembly, the Geneva Consensus Declaration (GCD) proclaims the primacy of the "right to life" and asserts that "there is no international right to abortion." Twenty-two countries, including five sponsors – Hungary, Uganda, Brazil, Egypt and Indonesia – supported the American-led initiative at the time.
