The building stands out on the horizon, on the left bank of the Dnipro River in Kyiv. It is a 19-story tower, constructed in the 1980s on Rue Balzac in the residential district of Troieshchyna. The windows on the 8 floor are blackened with soot. On the 7 floor, one apartment is now nothing but a gaping hole. Hit by a Russian drone, it burned during the night of November 13 to 14, 2025. Everything was lost.
