CANBERRA — Trade Minister Don Farrell delivered an ultimatum to Australia’s official Opposition and Australian Greens over his European Union free trade agreement, saying: “There is no room for negotiation, the deal is done.”The agreement, confirmed by Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in March, faces unusual headwinds to pass Australia’s parliament as the country’s conservative opposition hardens its criticisms over agricultural and climate clauses in the deal.
