Inc., a digital avatar company, has signed a deal with United Talent Agency that enables that firm’s clients to create AI-generated personas based on their likeness, personality and experiences to interact with fans online.
Genies 创始人兼首席执行官 Akash Nigam 在接受采访时表示，UTA 的客户，例如演员 Will Ferrell 以及歌手 Kylie Minogue 和 Bad Bunny，将保留对其数字替身在线行为的管理权。
UTA clients, such as actor Will Ferrell and singers Kylie Minogue and Bad Bunny, will retain control and moderate how their digital doppelgangers conduct themselves online, Akash Nigam, the founder and chief executive officer of Genies, said in an interview.

“Every single thing on Earth is gonna have an AI personality, whether it’s an AI agent, an AI celebrity, an AI companion, an AI customer service,” Nigam said. The company didn’t disclose financial terms of the agreement.

Nigam said the September launch of AI agents such as Meta Inc.’s Muse and OpenAI Inc.’s Dots, which perform automated tasks, interest in Genies has surged.
Nigam 还提到，以 Ludacris 为名的 Chris Bridges 是首批在 KidNation 在线教育平台上开发 AI 生成角色的 UTA 客户之一，该平台面向年轻受众。
Chris Bridges, better known as Ludacris, is among the first UTA clients developing AI-generated characters under his KidNation online education platform for young audiences, Nigam said.
