Infrastructure company PNC Infratech Ltd on Tuesday said the Delhi High Court has stayed the debarment orders issued by the National Highways Authority of India against the company and its special purpose vehicle , Awadh Expressway Pvt Ltd.The court, through an order dated October 12, 2026, stayed the effect of the two debarment orders issued by NHAI on September 11 and September 3, 2026, against PNC Infratech and Awadh Expressway, respectively. The company downloaded the court order from the High Court’s website on October 13. PNC Infratech said the debarment of Awadh Expressway had been extended to the company by NHAI.
