A bipartisan group of 12 US senators on Tuesday urged President Donald Trump to rescind a decision easing sanctions on Russian diesel exports, arguing that the move could help finance Moscow’s war against Ukraine while delivering little relief to American consumers.

"The deal you struck with President Vladimir Putin on October 9th will not achieve just ends, nor will it benefit Americans.
