中国市场监管部门周一表示，已无条件批准吉利收购福特汽车西班牙子公司福特西班牙（Ford España）34%的股权。
China‘s market regulator has unconditionally approved Geely‘s acquisition of 34% of Ford Motor’s Spanish subsidiary Ford España, it said on Monday.
7月，双方表示吉利将在西班牙瓦伦西亚福特工厂生产两款电动SUV，并将共同在新设立的合资企业下开发一款车型。双方补充称，该合资企业将由福特持股66%，吉利持股34%。
In July, the companies said Geely would build two electric SUVs at Ford’s factory in Valencia, Spain, and they would together develop a vehicle under a newly formed joint venture. The JV is to be 66% owned by Ford and 34% owned by Geely, the companies added.
