IDA Türkiye 防务与航空工业合作日峰会于周三在安卡拉拉开序幕，汇聚全球行业代表，以促进产业合作伙伴关系。
The IDA Türkiye Defense and Aviation Industrial Cooperation Days summit kicked off in Ankara on Wednesday, gathering global sector representatives to facilitate industry partnerships.
该活动由奥斯蒂姆防务与航空集群（OSSA）组织，得到土耳其国防部和国防工业局（SSB）的支持。安纳多卢通讯社担任其全球传播合作伙伴。
The event was organized by the Ostim Defense and Aviation Cluster (OSSA), with support from the Turkish National Defense Ministry and the Defense Industries Agency (SSB). Anadolu serves as its global communications partner.
OSSA主席易卜拉欣·亚尔桑在活动开幕时表示，自2013年启动以来，该活动已进行重新品牌化，以反映其日益扩大的全球使命。
Ibrahim Yarsan, chair of OSSA, said at the event’s opening that the event has been rebranded since its 2013 launch to reflect its expanding global mission.

He said the cluster currently includes 359 firms, most of them small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that form the key supply chain powering major defense firms.

“This event is not just a trade show but a business development gathering,” he said, noting that IDA has facilitated over 8,000 one-on-one business meetings over the years.

“We’re taking it to the next phase, with the first step being IDA Spain,” he added. “We want Turkish firms to work more closely with Spanish firms and we have a key collaboration that began in Valencia, where we will hold the event next year.”Orhan Aydin, chair of the Ostim Organized Industrial Region, said that Türkiye’s successful domestic defense production model is now being adapted to civilian sectors.
艾丁表示，执行类似SSB模式的国产化要求，提升了土耳其工业在防务承包商如阿尔斯兰（Aselsan）参与下生产国产轻轨车辆、地铁车辆和高速列车的能力。
Aydin said that enforcing domestic contribution requirements similar to the SSB’s model enhanced Turkish industries’ capabilities to produce homegrown light rail vehicles, metro cars and high-speed trains with the participation of defense contractors such as Aselsan.

Seyit Ardic, president of the Ankara Chamber of Industry, said that the technological know-how gained through innovations in artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous systems and advanced materials can be brought to the civilian economy to improve efficiency.
“我们必须审视土耳其国防的成功，并从其在整个工业部门带来的技术和效率提升中获益，”他说。
“We must look at the success of Turkish defense and benefit from the technological and efficiency gains it brought across the entire industrial sector,” he said.
他建议成立医疗产业局，以转移国防部门获得的战略技术知识，帮助加速国内医疗生产。
He suggested establishing a healthcare industries directorate to transfer strategic know-how gained in the defense sector to help accelerate domestic production in healthcare.
他补充说，目前正在进行的工作旨在将更多来自机械、电子和软件部门的企业纳入高价值国防项目。
He added that efforts are underway to integrate more firms from the machinery, electronics and software sectors into high-value defense projects.
安卡拉商会主席古尔塞尔·巴兰表示，截至今年，土耳其国防工业的国产化率已达80%，而国防和航空航天出口额从2002年的2.48亿美元增长至截至2026年8月的110亿美元。
Gursel Baran, president of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, said that Türkiye’s defense industry reached a domestic content rate of 80% as of this year, while defense and aerospace exports rose from $248 million in 2002 to $11 billion as of August 2026.
他指出，约有4000家活跃于该领域的企业正在管理超过1400个在建项目，雇佣了10万名工人，而该领域的年度研发支出已达35亿美元。
He noted that some 4,000 firms active in the sector manage over 1,400 ongoing projects and employ 100,000 workers, while annual research and development (R&D) spending in the sector reached $3.5 billion.

“A technology developed in the defense industry is used in many fields, ranging from automotive to healthcare, from communications to energy, and from transportation to space exploration,” he said. “Defense industry investments are also invested in the country’s scientific knowledge, production capacity, skilled workforce, and economic future.”The IDA Türkiye 2026 summit will conclude on Friday.
