Investment bank Piper Sandler (PIPR.N) and advisory firm Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP.O) have abandoned talks for an all-stock merger, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
消息发布后，佩雷拉·温伯格的股价下跌16.3%，收报13.48美元，盘中最低触及13.14美元；而派珀·桑德勒的股价则上涨5%。
Shares of Perella Weinberg fell 16.3% to $13.48 after hitting a session low of $13.14, while those of Piper Sandler rose 5%.
《金融时报》称，两家公司未能在财务安排及人事管理等事宜上达成共识。
The companies were unable to agree on financial and personnel matters, FT reported.
