Elon Musk posted that advice on X on Saturday. On Thursday he added a promise for when Grok Bot gets a purchase wrong or leaks a card: “SpaceX will make you whole.”

Grok Bot is the AI agent that Musk’s AI company, since renamed SpaceXSI, launched in August. It signs into apps and websites and carries out tasks for its users.

Financial transactions also need human review under those terms.

‘SpaceX will make you whole’On Thursday, an X user said Grok Bot had booked them a flight. They had sent it a photo of their credit card. Musk replied, according to Business Insider: > “This works well. If Grok Bot makes a mistake with a purchase or leaks your card (never happened yet), SpaceX will make you whole.”He did not say what the pledge covers. SpaceX did not immediately respond to Business Insider’s request for comment.

SpaceXSI’s terms of service were last updated on 12 October. They say Grok can take “Agentic Actions” for users, including with “financial institutions.”The same section says: > “We are not responsible for User Content or Agentic Actions.”Grok Bot is not on the free plan. Under The X Subscription, which SpaceXSI launched on 12 October, it starts with the $30-a-month Premium tier. SpaceXSI says that tier includes SuperGrok, Cursor Pro and X Premium+, which cost $90 a month combined before. The bundle, first reported by Bloomberg in September, also covers Grok, Cursor and X Premium. Musk has kept posting about the agent since.
