欧洲公共检察署（EPPO）在欧盟反欺诈署OLAF完成行政调查后，收到了关于欧洲经济社会委员会（EESC）涉嫌腐败的文件。
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) has received a dossier concerning alleged corruption at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), following an administrative investigation by the EU’s anti-fraud agency OLAF.
OLAF在调查一名EESC高级官员涉嫌操纵公共采购合同的指控后，将调查结果移交给了EPPO，新闻门户Rapporteur周五报道了这一消息。EESC证实OLAF已将该案件移交给EPPO。
OLAF transmitted its findings to the EPPO after investigating allegations that a senior EESC official manipulated public procurement contracts, news portal Rapporteur reported Friday. The EESC confirmed that OLAF had referred the case to the EPPO.
“EESC今日获OLAF通知，该案件已被移交给EPPO。在这种情况下，EESC无法发表进一步评论，”EESC发言人对该媒体表示。
“The EESC was informed by OLAF today that this case has been referred to the EPPO. Under these circumstances, the EESC cannot comment further,” an EESC spokesperson told the outlet.
这些指控最初出现在3月，涉及EESC秘书长Isabel Le Galo Flores，她被指控将欧盟咨询机构当作自己的私人企业来运营，并将合同导向个人关联人士。她拒绝就这些指控发表评论。
The allegations, which emerged in March, concern Isabel Le Galo Flores, the EESC’s secretary-general, who has been accused of running the EU advisory body as her own private business and steering contracts toward personal associates. She has declined to comment on the allegations.
EPPO向安纳多卢通讯社表示，其一般不会对正在进行的调查发表评论，也不会公开确认其正在处理的案件。
The EPPO told Anadolu that it does not generally comment on ongoing investigations or publicly confirm the cases it is handling.
“作为一般规定，EPPO不对正在进行的调查发表评论，也不公开确认我们正在处理哪些案件，以免危及可能正在进行的程序及其结果，”检察署表示。
“As a general rule, the EPPO does not comment on ongoing investigations, nor do we publicly confirm which cases we are working on, in order not to endanger the possible ongoing procedures and their outcome,” the prosecutor’s office said.
本月早些时候，欧洲议会预算控制委员会成员在年度审查过程中就这些指控质询了EESC。该委员会也因其角色和持续存在而受到批评。
Earlier this month, members of the European Parliament’s Budgetary Control Committee questioned the EESC over the allegations during an annual scrutiny process. The committee has also faced criticism over its role and continued existence.
