韩国金融监管机构周一表示，SK海力士（000660.KS）美国子公司Solidigm的潜在上市可能违反双重上市限制。
South Korea's financial regulator said on Monday that SK Hynix's (000660.KS) potential listing of US unit Solidigm could violate restrictions on dual listing.
金融监督服务局局长李灿珍在议会听证会上表示，韩国监管机构正在调查Solidigm在美国的潜在首次公开发行是否需要根据国内规则进行审查。
Financial Supervisory Service Governor Lee Chan-jin said at a parliamentary hearing that South Korean regulators were looking into whether Solidigm's potential initial public offering in the United States would require a review under domestic rules.
“我们一直在关注此事……金融服务委员会和我们自己都认为这违反了[关于]双重上市的规则，”李灿珍在被问及如果Solidigm上市，监管机构将如何保护母公司SK海力士少数股东的利益时对一名议员如是说。
"We keep monitoring the issue ... both the Financial Services Commission and ourselves judged that it is a violation of [rules on] dual listing," Lee told a lawmaker when asked how regulators would protect the interests of minority shareholders in parent SK Hynix if Solidigm went public.
“金融服务委员会一直在等待对规则的官方解释，以确定该问题是否需要申报国内证券登记，”他补充道，指的是最高金融监管机构。
"The FSC has been waiting for an official interpretation of the rules on whether the issue is subject to filing for domestic securities registration," he added, referring to the top financial regulator.

Reuters reported in September that Solidigm is considering an initial public offering as early as next year that could value the US subsidiary at up to $150 billion.

South Korean regulators unveiled in July tighter rules to restrict dual listing, aiming to protect minority shareholders. Boards must obtain consent from miniority shareholders before listing a unit in South Korea or overseas.

SK Hynix said earlier this month it would evaluate measures to protect its shareholders in response to market concerns about a potential listing of Solidigm. SK Hynix was not immediately available to comment.
