Trading platform Tradeweb Markets (TW.O) will buy electronic credit trading marketplace Trumid for about $1.97 billion, the companies said on Monday.
该交易包括约18.9亿美元现金和8200万美元股票，主要由Tradeweb的现金储备资助。
The deal includes about $1.89 billion in cash and $82 million in stock, funded largely with Tradeweb's cash on hand.

Morgan Stanley advised Tradeweb, while Goldman Sachs advised Trumid. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
