Oct 20 : Salesforce said on Tuesday it would acquire customer engagement platform Braze for about $5.66 billion. The customer relationship management platform's shares fell 2.6 per cent in premarket trading.
根据协议条款，Braze A类股东每股将获得47.50美元现金。
Braze Class A shareholders will receive $47.50 in cash per share, under the terms of the agreement.
该交易预计将在赛富时2028财年完成，需经Braze股东和监管机构批准。
The deal is expected to close in Salesforce's fiscal year 2028, subject to approval by Braze shareholders and regulators.
