瑞典法律人工智能初创公司 Legora 在 E 轮融资中筹集了 5.5 亿美元，其估值也因此达到了 88 亿美元。此次融资由美国投资机构 Atreides Management 领投，同时还有多家新老投资者参与其中。
Swedish legal AI startup Legora has raised $550 million in a Series E funding round, bringing its valuation to $8.8 billion. US investment firm Atreides Management led the round, with several new and existing investors participating.
共有五家新投资者加入了这一轮融资：Baron Capital、Capital Group、Fidelity Management & Research Company、Glade Brook Capital Partners 和 J.P. Morgan。原有的投资者包括 Accel、Benchmark、General Catalyst、ICONIQ 和 Salesforce Ventures 也继续进行了投资。
Five new investors joined the round: Baron Capital, Capital Group, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Glade Brook Capital Partners, and J.P. Morgan. Existing backers, including Accel, Benchmark, General Catalyst, ICONIQ, and Salesforce Ventures, also invested.
Legora 计划利用这笔资金在北美、欧洲和亚太地区扩大业务规模，并继续开发其法律人工智能平台 Legora aOS。该平台通过人工智能工具帮助法律团队进行研究、跟踪法律法规的变化，并处理客户提出的各种请求。
Legora plans to use the money to expand across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, while continuing to develop its legal AI platform, Legora aOS. Its tools help legal teams research, track changes in legislation, and handle incoming requests through AI agents.

The company says its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has now passed $200 million. Legora says it took less than 18 months to grow from $1 million to $100 million in revenue, then less than six months to add another $100 million.
目前，全球有超过 2,400 家律师事务所及内部法律团队（共计超过 14 万名法律专业人士）在 80 多个市场中使用 Legora 的软件。在第三季度，来自内部法律部门的客户占比超过了 40%。
More than 140,000 legal professionals across over 2,400 law firms and in-house legal teams now use its software in more than 80 markets. In-house legal departments accounted for over 40% of new customers in the third quarter.
美国已成为 Legora 最大的收入来源市场；该公司表示，美国排名前 50 的律师事务所（AmLaw 50）中有一半以上已成为其客户。Legora 于 2025 年春季在美国开设了首家办事处。
The US has become Legora’s largest market by revenue. The company said more than half of the AmLaw 50, a ranking of the 50 highest-grossing law firms in the US, are now customers. Legora opened its first US office in spring 2025.

The funding comes just six weeks after US rival Harvey raised $550 million at a $15.5 billion valuation, according to Legal Business.

Both companies are competing to bring AI tools into law firms and corporate legal departments, as investors continue to back software designed to automate parts of legal work.
