亚总理帕沙尼扬周四表示，与邻国阿塞拜疆的初步和平协议有望在2027-2028年签署，亚美尼亚国家通讯社亚美Press报道。
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Thursday that the initialed peace agreement with neighboring Azerbaijan could be signed in 2027-2028, state news agency Armenpress reported.

In response to a question about the deal at a news briefing, Pashinyan said Yerevan needs to continue working with Baku.

On Aug. 8, 2025, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Pashinyan initialed an agreement and, along with Trump, signed a joint declaration at a summit in the White House, aiming to end decades of conflict, with commitments to cease hostilities, reopen transport routes, and normalize relations.
在此背景下，帕沙尼扬被引述表示，特朗普国际和平与繁荣路线（TRIPP）——一条连接阿塞拜疆与其自治的纳希贾夫分离区的南经亚美尼亚的过境走廊项目——的实施也很重要。
In this context, Pashinyan was quoted as saying that the implementation of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), a transit corridor project linking Azerbaijan with its autonomous Nakhchivan exclave through southern Armenia, is also important.
“当然，两者无关，但我们现在开始实施TRIPP项目了，”帕沙尼扬说。
“Of course, one has nothing to do with the other, but we are now beginning to implement the TRIPP project,” Pashinyan said.
帕沙尼扬表示，不排除举行临时议会选举以通过新宪法，并将尽快公布新文件草案，启动讨论，提交议会审议。
Pashinyan said he does not rule out holding snap parliamentary elections to adopt a new Constitution, and that they will publish draft of the new document "in the near future," launch discussions, and submit it to parliament.

"We will try to persuade our opposition colleagues that this is a very important and fundamental issue, one that concerns determining and resolving the question of the continuity of the Armenian state. We will try to persuade them. If that does not work, we will pursue other scenarios, including holding snap elections," he said.
当天早些时候，帕沙尼扬表示，他们已进入TRIPP项目实施阶段。在前往最南端的锡盖特省进行工作访问时，他表示该项目将很快成立一家开发公司。
Earlier in the day, Pashinyan said they are entering the implementation phase of the TRIPP project. At a working visit to the southern most Syunik province, he said a development company for the project will be established in the near future.

"We are now essentially in the final stage of establishing the company, and once it is established, the work carried out, including as our contribution, will be transferred to the company," he added.
