Mike Ashley’s Frasers Says It’s Taken Control of Hugo Boss Frasers Group Plc said it’s taken control of Hugo Boss AG, pushing its stake above 50% in a move that will turn the German apparel brand into a subsidiary of UK billionaire Mike Ashley’s retail empire.
Frasers Group Plc周五在声明中称，通过新近购买Boss股份，其持股比例提升至50.08%，此举将使这家德国服装品牌成为英国亿万富翁迈克·阿什利零售帝国旗下的子公司。
With a fresh purchase of Boss shares, Frasers raised its holding to 50.08%, it said in a statement Friday.
