SEOUL, Oct 27 : South Korean pop music agency JYP Entertainment's shares rallied on Tuesday, jumping 10 per cent after Korean media reported Japan's Nexroc Group and SVCV Inc were planning to announce a tender offer to buy up to a 50 per cent stake in the company.
按JYP目前的市值计算，这50%股份价值约7000亿韩元（约合5.2804亿美元）。JYP表示尚未收到要约收购。Nexroc暂未回应置评请求。
The 50 per cent stake is worth about 700 billion won ($528.04 million) based on JYP's current market capitalisation. JYP said it has not received a tender offer. Nexroc was not immediately available to comment.
