北京，10月27日电 —— 中国一家法院周二对中国证监会前反腐官员王会民判处死刑，缓期二年执行，罪名是贪污腐败，并认定王会民非法收受财物共计4.36亿余元人民币（约合6500万美元）。

据官方新华社援引一审判决书报道，王会民在1998年至2025年担任新疆西北地区多个职务及国家证券监管机构职务期间，收受贿赂，为企业和个人谋取利益，包括在经营业务和融资方面提供帮助。法院称，王会民受贿数额“特别巨大”，造成严重危害，应判处死刑，但考虑到部分犯罪系未遂、其主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分犯罪事实、部分赃款赃物已追回等情节，决定判处死刑缓期二年执行。
