Capital is exploring a sale of testing and certification services provider Phenna Group, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The buyout firm is working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. on the potential divestment, which could take place in 2027, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. Phenna has annual earnings of about £250 million ($333 million), some of the people said.

Deliberations are at an early stage and Oakley could decide to keep the business for longer, the people said. Representatives for Oakley and Goldman Sachs declined to comment.
