Oct 27 : The Federal Communications Commission said Tuesday it has approved Amazon Leo’s $11.57 billion deal to acquire Globalstar.
自 2025 年 4 月以来，亚马逊 Leo 已发射 300 多颗卫星，目标是在 2029 年前在近地轨道部署约 3200 颗卫星。通过这笔交易，亚马逊将 Globalstar 的二十多颗卫星纳入其现有的 200 多颗卫星网络中。
Amazon Leo has launched more than 300 satellites since April 2025 and aims to deploy about 3,200 satellites in Earth's low orbit by 2029. Through the deal, Amazon adds Globalstar's two dozen satellites to its existing network of more than 200.
