巴黎，10月27日电 法国国防部长凯瑟琳·沃特兰周二表示，关于德国政府收购法德坦克制造商KNDS公司德国所有者家族持有的50%股份的计划，谈判正在推进。
PARIS, Oct 27 - French defence minister Catherine Vautrin said on Tuesday that talks were moving ahead regarding plans by the German government to buy a 50% stake in Franco-German tank maker KNDS from its German owner families.
沃特兰在议会听证会上表示：“我认为，为实现德国政府收购股份，谈判正在取得进展。”
"I believe that talks are progressing with a view towards a purchase by the German government," Vautrin told a parliamentary hearing.
KNDS首席执行官让-保罗·阿拉里10月19日告诉路透社，他倾向于在市场条件允许的情况下尽快进行首次公开募股（IPO），并补充说他欢迎德国政府入股该公司。
KNDS CEO Jean-Paul Alary told Reuters on October 19 that he would prefer an initial public offeringas soon as market conditions allow, adding he welcomed the German government taking a stake in the company.
