Group and Mubadala Capital have shelved plans to sell a Brazilian iron ore port after offers came in below what the sellers were seeking amid a cloudy outlook for the commodity, according to people familiar with the matter.

Weaker iron ore prices weighed on the offers that came in at 30% less than what the sellers were expecting, said one of the people, who asked not to be named because the discussions are private. Bloomberg previously reported that Trafigura and Mubadala Capital estimated the value of the project at $5 billion.
