Meta Platforms (META.O) has lost its appeals against interim measures imposed by French regulators over media organisations' publishing rights in the Paris Court of Appeals, the court said on Thursday.
法院在一份声明中表示：“法院认定，Meta的做法，特别是其确定应向新闻出版商支付的‘邻接权’金额的方法，可能构成滥用市场支配地位，这为欧洲和法国竞争法所禁止。”
"The Court concluded that Meta's practices, specifically regarding the methods used to determine the amounts payable as 'neighboring rights' to press publishers, may constitute an abuse of a dominant position, which is prohibited under both European and French competition law," the court said in a statement.
