A legal challenge to Chinese electric vehicle battery maker CATL's (300750.SZ) plant in Debrecen, Hungary, has been dismissed by a local court after more than 3-1/2-years of litigation, the state-backed Securities Times reported on Friday.
报道称，法院驳回了当地居民提起的一项诉讼，裁定由于电池厂的许可文件此后已进行了修改，原告已不再具备诉讼主体资格。法院还认定，政府的许可程序不存在违规行为。
The court threw out a lawsuit brought by local residents, ruling that the plaintiffs no longer had standing because the battery plant's permit documentation had since been revised. It also found no violations in the government's permitting process, the report said.
