中国公安部周五表示，中国与印度尼西亚、马来西亚合作，打掉了一个大型跨国贩毒网络，缴获液体甲基苯丙胺约1.2吨。
China has broken up a major transnational drug trafficking network in cooperation with Indonesia and Malaysia, seizing around 1.2 tonnes of liquid methamphetamine, China’s Ministry of Public Security said on Friday.
公安部称，该行动于10月21日由印度尼西亚国家禁毒局（BNN）实施，在印度尼西亚亚齐突击搜查并取缔了一个大型制毒提纯工厂，抓获11人，中国国家禁毒委员会（NNCC）和马来西亚国家禁毒局提供了协助。
The operation was carried out on October 21 by Indonesia’s National Narcotics Agency (BNN), which raided and shut down a large-scale drug processing and purification facility in Aceh, Indonesia, and arrested 11 people, with help from China’s National Narcotics Control Commission (NNCC) and Malaysia’s National Anti-Drugs Agency, the ministry said.

The methamphetamine factory, housed in two shops, is believed to be the largest of its kind in Indonesia. Washing machines used to process methamphetamine, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders and other equipment and materials were also found at the site, according to local media reports.
公安部表示，此次行动是近年来中外联合侦办跨国贩毒案件中抓获嫌疑人数最多的一次，也是对贩毒网络最全面的打击行动之一。
The operation resulted in the largest number of arrests in a transnational drug trafficking investigation jointly conducted by China and other countries in recent years, and was one of the most comprehensive crackdowns on a drug trafficking network, according to the ministry.
据印度尼西亚国家警察（INP）网站发布的文章，中国警方另行在国内抓获七名涉嫌与该网络有关联的人员。
Separately, Chinese authorities arrested seven individuals in China who are suspected of links to the network, according to an article published on the website of the Indonesian National Police (INP).

The criminal group was suspected of smuggling liquid narcotics from Myanmar, Thailand and Laos to several countries, including Indonesia, the INP said.

Indonesia’s Antara news agency reported that 10 of the 11 people arrested in Indonesia had been formally named as suspects, including eight Indonesian nationals and two Chinese nationals. The remaining person was classified as a witness.

On Wednesday, Lan Weihong, deputy secretary general of the NNCC, led a Chinese delegation to Jakarta and met with INP Chief General Suyudi Ario Seto and discussed the case.

Indonesian investigators are also exploring links to other cases, including the discovery of a vessel in the Medan area and a Malaysian citizen suspected of being involved in the vessel’s ownership, said Suyudi.
