河内10月31日电：越南政府周六表示，为支持经济稳定并降低家庭和企业成本，越南将从11月1日起将平均零售电价下调2%，并取消汽油特别消费税。
HANOI, Oct 31 : Vietnam will cut its average retail electricity price by 2 per cent and remove its special consumption tax on gasoline from November 1 to support economic stability and reduce costs for households and businesses, the government said on Saturday.
政府在一份声明中说，平均零售电价将降至每千瓦时2159.9越南盾（0.085美元），不含增值税。
• The average retail tariff will fall to 2,159.9 dong ($0.085) per kilowatt-hour, excluding value-added tax, the government said in a statement
声明说，汽油特别消费税将从目前的7%至10%降至零，自11月1日起至明年3月底止。
