据北京商务部消息，中国与秘鲁升级版自由贸易协定于周日生效，扩大了涵盖电子商务、全球供应链、竞争政策和环境等领域的规则。
China’s upgraded free-trade agreement with Peru took effect Sunday, expanding rules covering areas including e-commerce, global supply chains, competition policy and the environment, according to the Ministry of Commerce in Beijing.
双方在2024年11月签署了商务部所谓的“升级议定书”，此前谈判已持续六年。双方还同意在议定书生效两年内启动服务贸易和投资“负面清单”谈判。
The two countries signed what the ministry called “the upgrade protocol” in November 2024 after beginning negotiations six years earlier. They also agreed to begin talks on “negative lists” for trade in services and investment within two years of the protocol taking effect.
